Create a Global Intern Scholarship

The idea here is to take a number of young people on a 3-6 month internship to become global citizens. Work in U. Head office, volunteer in Thailand Elephant Sanctuary, work in Papua New Guinea Turtle program, work in Australia Marine Conservation project, and work in Tanzania community project. At the end of this the interns will re-invest in their local communities, schools, families and work with an education presentation of what they learn’t and achieved.

Local traveller programme

Quite simply we send “privileged” young people on these incredible life-changing experiences often in developing nations. Proposed that U. creates a fund/opportunity for young people in those countries to experience a U. Trip themselves. In many of these countries (Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam) a local young person could never afford the flights and travel – BUT, they would benefit no less from the same experiences are our customers.
